Shandi Wedge: all recipes is a great site for all kinds of recipes...I've included the link to their halloween recipes..hope you find something goodhere's another from a halloween recipe booklet that I haveJack-O'-Lantern oranges8 small navel oranges1 small apple, chopped1/2 cup halved seedless red grapesslivered almonds and whole cloves(or anything that could work for eyes and teeth -this recipe used almonds for teeth and cloves for eyes)Choose which side of each orange will be the jack-o-lantern's face; cut a thin slice from the bottom of each so that it rests flat. Cut another small slice from the top. Spoon out pulp and combine with apple and grapes. Set aside. Cut faces as desired; decorate with cloves and almonds. Spoon fruit mixture into jack-o-lanterns. Drizzle with chocolate if desired.Halloween Layered Fudge1 teaspoon butter2 cups semisweet chocolate chips(experiment with different flavor chocolate chips for variety)1 can sweetened c! ondensed milk, divided8 ounces white candy coating1/4 teaspoon orange extract(again experiment with flavors)2-4 drops orange food coloringLine an 8 inch square pan with foil; butter foil and set asideIn a microwave-safe bowl, head chocolate chips and 1 cup milk on high for 30 seconds; stir. Repeat until mixture is smooth. Pour into prepared pan. Chill for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in a microwave-safe bowl, melt candy coating with remaining milk. Stir in extract and food coloring. Spread over chocolate layer. Chill for 1 hour or until firm. Using foil , remove fudge from pan. Cut into 1 inch squares....Show more
