Tyree Allenbrand: So what's your question? Are you 100% sure it was finalized? If yes, then why do you want them? If you want them, go to the court that issued the divorce decree and ask how to get a copy.
Dexter Dingus: If you've never received a final divorce decree, then I would lean towards the divorce never being final. All states, no matter the particulars of the divorce itself, send out final divorce decrees to the spouses by mail.
