Hobert Dula: youll be going to camhs since youre only 16yrs.. ive been to them.. have you seen them before? first you tend to see a care coodernater.. then then you try therapy if that doesnt help on its own.. then you get refer to a psychiatrist for medication a well as Therapyi hope youre feeling better soon
Marcel Then: well as you are under 18 you will be involved in child and adolescent mental health services, likely called CAMHS. im involved in these services too. they can see you up to the age of 18, but if they think you need further help you will be either refered to adult services (if you will need long term help), or kept in the child services if you are only going to need support for a few more months. basically the person you see is like a counsellor. u tell her how u feel and she will offer practical advice...Show more
