Hans Sachetti: To answer this question, each individual DVR that has mobile support will need its own proprietary viewing application. For Example, all of the DVRs we carry require different mobile applications created by the manufacturer, such as the Meye application for our 6xx 7xx and 9xx DVRs, MPRMS application to view FD series DVRs, GV-iview and GV-aview to view GeoVision based DVRs on iphones and androids. You will need to use the application the manufacturer recommends. Once you have the correct application, you need to forward the ports specified on the DVR from your router to the IP address of your DVR. Typically most DVRs will have a webserver port which is usually 80 by default, and then a port for data. Once you forward the required ports and have the correct application, you will use the external IP address which can be found by going to www.canyouseeme.org. Fill in the requested information on the application which typically consists o! f IP address, data port, username and password, and anything else needed. This is a lot to take in. If you want further help you can shoot me an email and we can work on solving your issue.I have included some links in the source section that could help you too!...Show more
