TO BUILD UP MY STAMINA AND FITNESS LEVEL, IS MY ONLY OPTION TO DO CARDIO?



i springy in an housing so streaming and activity games in my backyard isnt a beatific choice for me. is there anything i crapper do exclusive my concern for training to physique stamina/fitness and lax weight? are there some beatific fitness/cardio videos on youtube? – beam unification :D
